Operations Manager
Texas Iron & Metal is hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily operations, optimize efficiency and support exceptional customer service across our Houston facility. This role oversees operations and logistics teams, drives process improvements, manages equipment and operational budgets, and uses data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety and accountability, and the ability to build high-performing teams while delivering operational excellence.


Inventory Control Manager
Texas Iron & Metal is hiring an Inventory Control Manager to oversee accuracy and efficiency in all inventory operations. This role leads the inventory control team, including receiving personnel and an administrator, to maintain precise inventory levels, streamline warehouse processes and support customer needs. The manager will also recruit, hire and train team members, building a strong group to keep operations running smoothly.

Material Coordinator
Texas Iron & Metal is seeking a Material Coordinator to support the safe storage, movement and distribution of materials across our operations. This role ensures materials flow efficiently to production, sales and customer fulfillment teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
